Job summary

Salutem Care and Education is seeking a Registered Manager for Westacres, a 4-bed residential service supporting individuals with autism and complex needs. You will lead the care team, ensure high-quality, compliant operations, and maintain strong links with regulators and partners.

You will drive service improvements, oversee budgets and staffing, and promote a safe, person-centered culture in our inclusive community.

Qualifications

• QCF Level 5 Adult Management Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Experience managing care services and the CQC framework.
• Ability to motivate a staff team and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing care team.
• Ensure safe, person-centred, outcome-focused care.
• Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding requirements.
• Prepare for regulatory inspections and implement improvement plans.
• Manage staffing levels, budgets, and expenditure.
• Build relationships with commissioners, authorities, families and regulators.
