Salutem Care and Education is seeking a Registered Manager to take overall operational responsibility for our services, ensuring smooth delivery and effective staff allocation across locations.

You will oversee Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and Senior Support Workers, monitor person-centered services, safety, and regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement and external collaboration to grow placements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support person-centered services within your area.
• Supervise Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and Senior Support Workers through recruitment, coaching, and performance management.
• Manage budgets and staff deployment effectively.
• Use IT systems to manage staff, incidents, quality assurance, training and occupancy.
• Work with external agencies to promote the company and increase referrals and placements.
• Enhance staff knowledge and skills through inductions and training.
