Job summary

Salutem Care and Education is seeking a Registered Manager to oversee services, ensuring safe, person-centred support and compliant operations across our local group. You will supervise Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and Senior Support Workers, manage budgets, deploy staff, and drive continuous improvement with IT systems and external partner agencies to secure referrals and placements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing care services and leading multi-site teams.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, health and safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and staff deployment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support person-centered services within your area.
• Ensure health and safety of the people we support and staff.
• Ensure staff actions support care, protection, well-being, and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and support Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and Senior Support Workers through recruitment, coaching, and performance management.
• Manage budgets and staff deployment effectively.
• Use IT systems to manage staff, incidents, quality assurance, training, and occupancy.
• Work with external agencies to promote the company and increase referrals and placements.
• Enhance staff knowledge and skills through inductions and training.
• Continuously improve your own knowledge and practice for service improvement.
