Job summary

Domus Recruitment is partnering with a growing private homecare provider to appoint a proactive Registered Manager to lead a developing service.

The role focuses on private clients and ~250 care hours per week, with flexible home working and a hands-on owner committed to quality care. You will shape the service, maintain high standards, and own the day-to-day operations while coordinating a small office team.

Qualifications

• Experience in care sector with understanding of care delivery and service operations.
• Proactive, adaptable approach with ability to work at pace.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to take ownership.
• Genuine interest in developing a growing homecare service.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining good communication with the wider team.
• Flexible approach to the demands of managing a care service.
• Registered Manager experience would be beneficial, but applications from Care Coordinators ready to step up will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the day-to-day running and development of the homecare service.
• Support the continued growth of the service and maintain high standards of care.
• Help develop and strengthen the office-based team.
• Respond effectively to new client enquiries and support the service's ability to grow.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, carers and colleagues.
• Take responsibility for the shared on-call rota and respond appropriately to operational needs.
• Work closely with the owner to maintain service quality and achieve business objectives.
