Job summary

Salford City Council is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead Granville Respite/Short Breaks Service in Eccles. Qualifications

• Qualified Registered Manager with Level 5 in Health & Social Care or Leadership and Management.
• Experience managing a similar care setting and completing the CQC interview process.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to plan, manage and coordinate operational budgets and resources within budget constraints.
• Experience in Complex Safeguarding cases, MCA and DoLs processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to the Granville team.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in line with legislation and CQC standards.
• Adapt to changing care needs and drive continuous quality improvement.
• Build strong relationships with families, carers, health professionals, commissioners and other stakeholders.
• Maintain rigorous quality assurance systems to monitor outcomes and ensure services are fit for purpose.
