Job summary

Leaders in Care is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 40-bed residential care home in Hereford. You will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality, person-centred care and maintain CQC standards while supporting a long-standing staff team.

This role offers £50,000 to £55,000 per annum depending on experience, with strong leadership support from an Area Manager and opportunities for ongoing professional development within a well-established organisation.

Qualifications

• Qualified to NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Adult Care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and safeguarding.
• Experience in elderly residential or nursing care management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the home with high care standards.
• Lead and develop a settled staffing team.
• Build relationships with residents, families and professionals.
• Maintain consistently strong CQC inspection standards.
• Drive continuous improvement while maintaining the home culture.
• Provide dignified, person-centred care.
