Job summary

Leaders in Care is recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established residential care home in York.

You will drive safe, dignified, person-centred care while maintaining CQC compliance and governance, and lead a high-performing team. This is a long-term leadership opportunity within a growing care group.

Qualifications

• Proven Registered Manager experience within elderly residential, nursing or dementia care.
• Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding.
• Experience managing occupancy, team performance and home finances.

We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established residential care home in York.

This is a key leadership appointment for a manager who combines strong operational control with a genuine commitment to high-quality, person-centred care.
