Job summary

PSM Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead day-to-day management, development and delivery of high-quality domiciliary care services in Deal, United Kingdom.

You will ensure regulatory compliance with CQC requirements, Health and Social Care Act 2008 and company policies while maintaining a safe, person-centred environment for service users and staff. Shift pattern is standard Monday to Friday with a hands-on leadership role.

Qualifications

• Registered Manager or senior management experience in domiciliary care.
• Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and Health and Social Care Act 2008.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Committed to high-quality, person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and Health and Social Care Act 2008.
• Oversee systems, processes and practices to meet CQC Quality Standards.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions.
• Lead, manage and support the care team to deliver safe, high-quality care.
• Conduct staff supervisions, audits and meetings.
• Ensure staff training and development remains up to date.
• Provide leadership and promote continuous improvement.
• Oversee initial assessments, care planning and regular reviews.
• Monitor service user satisfaction and respond to concerns.
• Ensure care documentation is accurate and timely.
• Monitor overall quality of care and maintain standards.
