Job summary

New Way Recruitment is assisting an established domiciliary care provider in Bournemouth to recruit a passionate Registered Care Manager to oversee safe, person-centred home care. You will lead a team, ensure CQC compliance, and drive quality assurance while fostering a compassionate, respectful environment for clients at home.

The role requires Level 5 leadership in adult care and a strong commitment to safeguarding, quality improvement, and staff development within a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in domiciliary/home care management.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
• Working towards or holds Level 5 Leadership & Management for Adult Care.
• Understanding safeguarding, QA and person-centred care.
• Able to lead, motivate and develop a care team.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of the domiciliary care service.
• Maintain CQC compliance and regulatory standards.
• Develop and support care, coordination and office teams.
• Ensure care plans and risk assessments are person-centred and reviewed.
• Oversee safeguarding, medication, incidents and QA processes.
• Oversee recruitment, induction, supervision and staff development.
• Monitor care delivery and respond to concerns and complaints.
• Build relationships with service users, families, commissioners and professionals.
• Manage staffing, rotas and service capacity to ensure safe care.
• Drive continuous improvement and compassionate workplace culture.
• Support sustainable service growth without compromising care quality.
