Job summary

Health Recruit Network is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a growing domiciliary care service based in Swindon. This frontline, hands‑on role drives operational performance, recruitment, and service expansion.

You will ensure CQC compliance and high quality care, manage a team of about 15 carers, maintain Wiltshire County Council framework relationships, and develop new packages. Permanent, full‑time, £35,000 per annum plus performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care.
• Strong knowledge of Wiltshire County Council framework.
• Must live within Wiltshire.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in palliative and mental health care.
• Strong recruitment and staff retention skills.
• Hands-on, driven and commercially minded.

Responsibilities

We are recruiting a Registered Manager to lead a growing domiciliary care service based in Swindon. The service currently delivers approximately 450 care hours per week and is expanding rapidly. This is a frontline, hands‑on management role for an experienced leader who can drive operational performance, recruit and retain staff, and bring new packages on board.

The Role

• Take full operational responsibility for the domiciliary care service
• Work alongside the care team in a frontline, hands‑on capacity
• Ensure CQC compliance, safeguarding, and quality standards are met
• Lead recruitment efforts and build a stable, motivated workforce
• Manage and develop a team of approximately 15 carers

• Maintain and develop the existing Wiltshire County Council framework relationship
