Job summary

Hiring Manager in Swindon is seeking a Registered Manager for a domiciliary care service. You will ensure CQC compliance, oversee safeguarding, medication management, care plans, and KPI reporting.

The role requires hands-on leadership, capacity planning, and a proven track record in local-authority commissioning. You will recruit, train and retain high-quality carers, manage budgets and reports, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Real domiciliary management experience is required.
