Job summary

Health Recruit Network is seeking a Registered Manager for a domiciliary care branch in the Romsey area, Hampshire. You will take full operational ownership, lead the team across management, coordination, training and care delivery, and ensure CQC compliance.

The role requires proven domiciliary care management experience, knowledge of CQC regulations, and the ability to develop relationships with local authorities and private clients, while driving high standards.

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (ideal).

Salary: Up to £41,000 per annum (on-call paid additionally)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Contract: Permanent
