• Salary: £38,000 – £40,000 per annum
• Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (on-call shared across support team)
• Contract: Permanent

We are recruiting a Registered Manager to lead an established domiciliary care and supported living service in the Wirral. The service currently delivers 600-800 care hours per week with a strong support structure in place including Care Coordinators, a Nominated Individual, and Director-level oversight. The key priority for this role is stabilising and growing the workforce whilst bringing new clients on board.

The Role

• Take full operational responsibility across domiciliary care and supported living
• Lead on staff recruitment, onboarding, and retention - a primary focus for this role
• Bring new care packages and clients on board to grow the service
• Ensure CQC compliance, safeguarding, and quality standards are maintained
• Oversee care planning, rotas, documentation, and service performance
• Work closely with Care Coordinators, Nominated Individual, and senior leadership
• Participate in shared on-call responsibilities across the support team

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care and / or supported living - essential
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care - essential
• Strong track record in staff recruitment, onboarding, and retention
• Experience bringing new clients and packages on board
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle - essential
• Self-driven, motivated, and commercially minded
