Health Recruit Network is seeking a Registered Manager to oversee domiciliary care and supported living services in Gravesend. The role requires full operational responsibility, ensuring CQC compliance, safeguarding, and high-quality care.

You will lead care and office teams, manage care planning and rotas, and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on growth. The position is full-time, permanent, with an immediate start possible for the right candidate.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care or supported living.
• Level 4 or Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (essential).
• Train the Trainer qualification (essential).
• Strong CQC compliance knowledge and inspection experience.

Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care & Supported Living

Location: Gravesend, Kent

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

Hours: Full-Time

Contract: Permanent

We are recruiting a Registered Manager to oversee an established domiciliary care and supported living service in Gravesend. The service currently delivers approximately 3,000 care hours per week across an entirely private client base. An immediate start is available for the right candidate.

The Role

• Take full operational responsibility across domiciliary care and supported living services
• Ensure CQC compliance, safeguarding, and quality standards are maintained
• Lead, manage, and develop the care and office teams
• Oversee care planning, rotas, documentation, and service performance
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with private clients and their families
• Drive continuous improvement and support sustainable service growth

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care and / or supported living
• Level 4 or Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care - essential
• Train the Trainer qualification - essential
• Strong CQC compliance knowledge and inspection experience
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Available to start immediately or at short notice
