Job summary

Health Recruit Network is seeking a Registered Manager for a private domiciliary care service in Greenford, West London. You will take full operational responsibility, drive growth by securing new clients and developing local authority relationships, and maintain CQC compliance and inspection readiness.

You will lead a care team, supported by a Deputy Manager, and work with the Nominated Individual on strategy and development.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance, and inspection processes.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care — essential.
Commercially minded with a genuine interest in growing a business.
Full UK driving licence (desirable).

Responsibilities

Take full operational responsibility for the domiciliary care service.
Drive business growth by bringing new clients on board, including developing local authority relationships.
Maintain CQC compliance, regulations, and inspection readiness.
Lead and develop the care team, supported by a Deputy Manager.
Oversee care planning, rotas, documentation, and service quality.
Work closely with the Nominated Individual on strategy and development.
Scale the service in a sustainable, well-governed way.
