Job summary

Health Recruit Network is seeking a Registered Manager for a Brixton-based branch delivering domiciliary care and supported living services for adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism and complex conditions.

You will own the service, lead on compliance (CQC audits and inspections), risk management, and quality assurance, and drive business development to grow the private client base while managing a team of around 50 care workers across the service.

Qualifications

• Essential Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
• Strong CQC compliance experience including audits and inspections.
• Experience in domiciliary care and/or supported living.
• Background working with adults with learning disabilities, mental health, or autism.
• Proven business development skills with experience growing a service.

Responsibilities

• Take full operational ownership of the branch and all service delivery.
• Lead on compliance, audits, risk management, and quality assurance.

• Oversee care coordinators and supervisors across the service.

Registered Manager – Domiciliary & Supported Living

Location: Brixton, South London

• Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum

We are recruiting a Registered Manager to take total ownership of a growing care branch in Brixton. The service delivers approximately 1,500 care hours per week across domiciliary care and supported living, supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism, and complex conditions. Compliance expertise is absolutely essential in this role, with full responsibility for audits, risk management, and quality assurance.

The Role

• Take full operational ownership of the branch and all service delivery
