Job summary

A2B Social Care Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Registered Children's Manager to lead a 3 bed therapeutic EBD home in Manchester. You will oversee the home's operations, ensure safeguarding, and drive high-quality care for each child.

The role requires a Level 5 or 7 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Children’s Residential, at least two years of management experience in a residential setting, and a valid driving licence. Salary £55,000–£65,000 with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Level 5 or 7 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Children’s Residential or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' management experience with children and young people in a residential environment.
• Driving Licence is essential.
