A2B Social Care Recruitment Ltd seeks an experienced Registered Children’s Manager to lead a 3-bed therapeutic EBD home in Leeds. You will drive personalised care plans, supervise staff, and ensure governance in line with safeguarding standards.

The role requires Level 5/7 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Children’s Residential, 2+ years in a similar setting, and a valid driving licence. Salary is £60,000–£65,000 full-time, Mon-Fri with extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Level 5 or 7 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Children’s Residential or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' management experience in residential children's services.
• Driving licence is essential.

A2B Social Care Recruitment have a superb opportunity for an experienced Registered Children's Manager provide care & support in a 3 bed therapeutic EBD home based in Leeds

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a Children’s Home, adhering to the Statement of Purpose and Ofsted regulatory framework
• Ensure personalised care plans that meet the individual needs of the child
• Supervise and support the development of staff, ensuring compliance with safeguarding and service governance
• Manage recruitment, staff training, and development
• Achieve and maintain a "Good" or "Outstanding" rating from Ofsted

Requirements:

• Level 5 or 7 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Children’s Residential or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years' management experience working with children and young people within a residential environment.
• Driving Licence is essential

Salary:

£60,000 - £65,000 working full time Mon-Fri 9-5pm, plus extensive benefits package
