Job summary

Social Care 2 Recruit is seeking a Registered Children’s Home Manager to lead a brand-new children’s residential home in Sutton, South London. The role offers a £60,000 basic salary plus a £5,000 bonus and the opportunity to build a strong team and establish safeguarding standards from the outset.

You will drive Ofsted compliance, develop care plans, recruit and manage staff, oversee budgets, and work with local authorities to deliver positive outcomes for children and young people.

Are you an experienced Children’s Home Manager looking for an exciting new challenge? Or are you an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in your career?

We are recruiting a Registered Children’s Home Manager to lead a brand-new children’s residential home in Sutton, South London. This is an excellent opportunity to establish a new service, build a strong team and create a positive, nurturing environment where children and young people can thrive.

We are also keen to hear from experienced Deputy Managers who have the right skills, knowledge and ambition to progress into their first Registered Manager role.

The Role
