Job summary

Banks Morgan is recruiting a Registered Manager for a new children’s home in Redbridge, East London. The role is permanent, full-time (40 hours) with a salary of £60,000–£65,000 per year and opportunities for professional development.

You will lead a brand-new service, recruit and develop your team, ensure safeguarding and Ofsted readiness, and drive therapeutic, child-centered care in a compliant, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Registered or Deputy Manager experience
• Level 5 Diploma or willingness to achieve
• Level 3 Residential Childcare Diploma

Banks Morgan is partnering with a growing children's residential care provider to recruit a Registered Manager for a new children's home in Redbridge, East London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager or ambitious Deputy Manager to lead a service, build a strong team and create a safe, therapeutic environment where children can thrive.
