Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a proven Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home across South East London and Kent. You’ll shape culture, develop strong teams and drive outstanding outcomes as the organisation grows.

The role requires Ofsted proficiency, a Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification (or working toward it) and a track record of supporting young people with EBD needs. Offering £60,000-£80,000 plus bonus and genuine progression, with strong senior leadership

Qualifications

• Experienced Registered Manager within children’s residential care.
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted and Children’s Home Regulations.
• Experience supporting young people with EBD needs.
• Level 5 Leadership & Management or working towards it.
• Proven ability to build, develop and retain strong teams.
• A leader who combines high standards with genuine care and compassion.
