Job summary

JP Healthcare Recruitment is supporting a growing children's residential care provider in recruiting a Registered Manager for a home in the PR3 area of Lancashire. You will lead and develop a strong staff team, create a positive culture within the home and deliver outstanding outcomes for children and young people.

This full-time, permanent role offers a salary of £55,000 to £63,000 per annum plus bonuses, a Monday–Friday 9am–5pm pattern with on-call, pension, and progression opportunities,

Qualifications

• Experience in children's residential care or similar setting.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
• Strong safeguarding and regulatory knowledge.

• Lead the day-to-day running of the children's home.
• Recruit, develop and lead a high-performing residential care team.
• Maintain a safe, structured and nurturing environment.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding standards.
