Hartwell Care is seeking a Registered Manager to oversee a 3-bed children's home in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham. You will lead daily operations, ensure Ofsted compliance, and drive a high standard of care for up to 3 children with EBD and challenging behaviours.

The role demands strong leadership, safeguarding focus and a track record in residential care management, with a Level 5 Leadership & Management pathway preferred. A UK driving licence is required.

We are currently supporting a children's residential care provider who's are seeking a Registered Manager to oversee the running of a 3 bed children's home in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham. The Registered Manager will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the home, ensuring the home provides a safe and supportive environment where children can thrive. The role involves supporting up to 3 children presenting with EBD and challenging behaviours.

Salary

£60,000 +£12,000 bonus scheme.

Contracted Hours

37.5 hours per week

3 bed EBD - This is a brand new children's residential home working for an established provider with experience of running GOOD rated homes. Applicants should have experience within children's residential care management and ideally hold or be working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management. A full UK driving license is also required.
