Job summary

S.N.G HEALTHCARE LIMITED in Bristol is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 3-bed children’s residential home for young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). The role focuses on safeguarding, compliance and delivering high-quality care in a Good Ofsted setting.

You will manage day-to-day operations, support the staff team, ensure regulatory requirements are met and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must have relevant Registered Manager qualifications for children’s residential care.
• Previous experience as Registered Manager in children’s residential care, with EBD.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK without sponsorship.
• Strong safeguarding, compliance and Ofsted knowledge.
• Ability to lead a staff team and maintain high care standards.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to join an established 3-bed children’s residential home located in Bristol, BS5, supporting children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) within a mixed-gender service.

The home currently holds a Good Ofsted rating and is fully occupied. This is an opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of an established service, leading the team and maintaining high standards of care, safeguarding and compliance.

This role is suitable for candidates commuting from Bristol and the surrounding areas.

As an experienced Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the service, supporting the staff team and ensuring children receive safe, consistent and high-quality care.

You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of safeguarding, compliance and care, while ensuring the home continues to meet regulatory requirements and provides a positive environment for the children.

• Relevant qualifications for Registered Manager level within children’s residential care.

• Full occupancy bonus of £175 per child after the first child has been placed. For example, a 3-bed home at full occupancy would provide an additional £350 per month.
