Job summary
Care First UK Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Registered Manager for a 3-Bed EBD Children’s Home in Bristol. You will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, leading the team to provide safe, high-quality care.
The role requires children’s residential management experience, safeguarding and Ofsted knowledge; Monday to Friday pattern; attractive bonuses and a supportive team with clear career progression.

Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home and lead the care team to ensure safe, consistent, high-quality care for children.
- Support and develop staff to deliver best-practice residential care and safeguarding standards.
Job description
Location: Bristol
Salary: £46,202.89 - £53,402.89 + bonuses
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday
- £46,202.89 - £53,402.89
- £2,000 car allowance
- £1,000 bonus for an Ofsted Outstanding outcome
- £500 bonus for an Ofsted Good outcome
- Occupancy bonus of £175 per child after the first placement
- 30 days annual leave including bank holidays
- Monday to Friday working

You will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, leading the team and ensuring children receive safe, consistent and high-quality care.
We are looking for someone with children's residential management experience, strong safeguarding and Ofsted knowledge, and a genuine passion for improving outcomes for children and young people.
