Job summary

The Witherslack Group is seeking an experienced Registered Manager for a 7-bed children’s home in the Midlands. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure Ofsted standards, support young people, and develop a talented team.

We offer a competitive package including base salary of £52,871–£65,460 per year, a 30% long-term incentive, on-call bonus and attendance allowance, induction, 7 weeks holiday, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience managing an Ofsted rated Good or Outstanding children's home.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the 7-bed children's home.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements and safeguarding policies.
• Support young people to achieve positive outcomes and mentor staff.
