The Witherslack Group is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a 7-bed children's home in Rugby. You will oversee daily operations, ensure Ofsted compliance, and promote high standards of care for young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs. A clinical support network enhances outcomes and staff development.

Competenze

• Experience managing an Ofsted rated Good or Outstanding children's home.
• Must hold Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
