Job summary

The Witherslack Group is seeking a Registered Manager for a 7-bed children's home in Northampton. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure Ofsted compliance, and support staff delivering safe, supportive care for children with social, emotional and mental health needs.

We offer a competitive base salary (£52,871–£65,460), a total package up to £69,360 with a 30% annual incentive, plus extensive benefits, induction, holiday allowance, wellbeing support, and career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience managing an Ofsted rated Good or Outstanding children's home.
• Committed and enthusiastic leader with a passion for making a difference.
• Must hold Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
• Must hold a full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
