Job summary

The Witherslack Group is seeking a Registered Manager for our 7-bed children's home in Coventry. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure Ofsted standards, and support staff to create a safe, supportive environment for young people with diverse needs.

We offer a highly competitive package: base £52,871–£65,460, total package up to £69,360, plus a 30% annual bonus, on-call and attendance allowances, induction, generous holiday and clear progression paths.

Qualifications

• Experience managing an Ofsted Good or Outstanding children's home.
• Demonstrated leadership with a passion for positive outcomes for young people.
• Hold Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) and a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the children's home and ensure Ofsted compliance.
• Lead and develop staff to provide safe, nurturing care for young people.
