Registered Manager - Children's Residential Care (EBD)

Location: Walsall, West Midlands (WS1 4EE)

Salary: £51,500 - £60,000 per annum + £7,500 Welcome Bonus

Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Permanent

The Role

As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and management of the home. You will ensure exceptional care, full compliance with Children's Homes Regulations, and drive continuous improvement to achieve outstanding outcomes for the young people in your care. You'll be backed by a robust, supportive senior leadership team and given the autonomy to run the home your way.

What We're Looking For:

• Extensive experience in children's residential care management (EBD/LD experience highly desirable).
• NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children's and Young People's Workforce.
• QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Children's Services (or a genuine willingness to undertake this as part of the role).
• Strong, up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding, the Children's Homes Regulations (2015), and the SCCIF.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Resilience, compassion, and excellent leadership skills.
