The Witherslack Group is hiring a Registered Manager for a 5-bed children's home in Stockton-on-Tees. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure Ofsted compliance, and support young people and staff to achieve positive outcomes.

The role offers a competitive base salary (£52,871–£65,460) with a total package up to £69,360 and a 30% annual long‑term incentive, plus benefits and staff development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing an Ofsted rated Good or Outstanding children's home.
• A passionate leader dedicated to making a difference.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
• A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
