Total package: Up to £63,102 (7 bed children’s home)
PLUS 10% annual bonus
PLUS 30% bonus accrued each year

As a Registered Manager, you will ensure the home environment supports this by making sure staff and young people feel secure, safe, and motivated. Challenges will arise, but so will small victories that make it all worthwhile.

Our homes cater to young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, aiming to create the best outcomes through a holistic approach involving psychologists, occupational therapists, and other clinical team members to achieve positive results in SEND.

You will be involved in new referrals, providing a safe and nurturing home within the UK’s leading provider of specialist education and care.

• Salary: Base salary of £49,836 - £61,702 for 6-7 bed homes
• Bonuses: 10% annual bonus, £2,500 on-call bonus (approx. 10 weekends per year), and £1,400 attendance allowance
• Long-term incentive plan: 30% of salary accrued annually, paid as a lump sum
• Training: 4-week induction on our Care Academy
