Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated professional with proven leadership in Residential Childcare to manage Caudwell House Children’s Home, a specialist disability residential and short breaks provision for children and young people. You will ensure a safe, nurturing, and homely environment for vulnerable children.

Key Details:
Salary: £45,718 - £50,788 per annum (plus Market Factor Supplement to £50,788)
Type: Permanent, Full-Time (37 hours/week)
Location: Caudwell House, Southwell, NG25 0PT
Work Arrangement: Office Based
Competency Framework: Tier 5
Number of Posts: 1
