Job summary

S.N.G Healthcare Group LTD is seeking an experienced Registered Manager for a 3-bed children’s residential home in Bristol, BS5. You will lead a caring team to deliver high-quality care for children with EBD, ensuring safeguarding and regulatory compliance.

The role requires proven Registered Manager experience in children's residential care, a strong focus on safeguarding, and the ability to maintain excellent Ofsted ratings. Commutable from Bristol and surrounding areas welcomed.

Qualifications

• Must hold relevant Registered Manager qualifications for children's residential care.
• Previous experience as Registered Manager in children’s residential care.
• Experience with safeguarding and Ofsted requirements.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of the 3-bed children's residential home.
• Lead the staff team and maintain high standards of care and safeguarding.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Ofsted inspections.
• Promote a positive environment and continuous quality improvement.
