S.N.G Health Care Agency is seeking an experienced Registered Manager for a 3-bed children's home in Bristol. You will lead the staff team to deliver safe, high-quality care for children with EBD, uphold safeguarding standards, and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.

The role requires a proven track record as a Registered Manager in children’s residential care, successful Ofsted history, and the ability to maintain a stable, compliant home. A strong commitment to safeguarding is essential.

Formación

• Experience as Registered Manager in children's residential care.
• Strong safeguarding, compliance and Ofsted knowledge.
• Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.
• Proven ability to lead a team and maintain high standards of care.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day management of the 3-bed children’s home in Bristol.
• Lead staff, ensure safe, consistent and high-quality care.
• Maintain safeguarding, regulatory compliance and Ofsted readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement and successful regulatory outcomes.
• Support residents with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).
