Sgscare is recruiting a Registered Manager for a Children’s Residential Home in Lytham, Lancashire. The role offers up to £52,000 depending on experience, with a four-bed home and a strong focus on safeguarding and regulatory compliance.

You will lead a dedicated team, ensure high-quality care, and drive adherence to Children’s Homes (England) Regulations and Quality Standards 2015 in a family‑oriented setting.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards).
• Minimum 2 years as a Registered Manager or in a leadership role in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home.
• Permanent employment status.

Responsibilities
