Job summary

Sgscare is seeking a Registered Manager to run a warm 4-bed home in Salisbury for young people aged 8-17 with EBD. You will ensure safe, compliant care and lead a dedicated team in a supportive environment.

You will bring extensive residential care management experience, Level 3/5 diplomas, and a full UK driving licence. The role offers progression, training, and a strong focus on safeguarding and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willing to undertake).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience managing children's residential care in a home setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the Children's Homes Regulations and deliver high-quality care.
• Lead and inspire a motivated team.
• Manage budgets, resources and the home environment.
• Safeguard young people and liaise with professionals to achieve outcomes.
