SNG Healthcare Group LTD is seeking a Registered Manager for a 1-bed Children's Residential Home in the Vale of Belvoir. You will lead the home, ensuring high-quality care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance, with responsibility for staff development and positive outcomes for looked-after children.

The role requires a Level 3 Diploma, experience in children's residential care, and the ability to drive improvements while building strong safeguarding practices.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential Care required.
• Level 5 qualification desirable, or willingness to work towards this.
• Strong safeguarding and child-protection knowledge required.

Responsibilities
