Pay rate: GBP44,000 - GBP52,000 per annum + bonus structure with the potential to earn up to GBP8,500

Location: Castle Donington

Essential requirements:

1. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent.
2. A minimum of 2 years in a position relevant to the residential care of children (within the last 5 years).
3. Full UK driving licence.
4. The right to work in the UK.
5. Applicants must be over 21 due to industry regulations.
