Job summary

Salutem Care and Education is seeking a Registered Manager to take overall operational responsibility for one or more services in Northumberland. You will lead supervision of Deputy Managers, Team Leaders and Senior Support Workers, ensuring delivery of person-centred care and compliant operations.

The role requires a Level 5 in Adult Management or equivalent, with a track record in social care management and strict adherence to CQC and Health & Social Services regulations.

Qualifications

• QCF Level 5 Adult Management Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Be eligible to complete the Level 5 Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support the delivery of person centred services within your defined area.
• Ensure effective financial administration of the services through staff deployment and budgets.
• Oversee the operation of the services with staff allocation and management.
• Deliver excellent operational services and supervise Team Leaders.
• Demonstrate strong administrative skills and prioritise your workload while being financially astute.
• Bring knowledge of Health & Social Services regulations and the CQC Framework.
