Job summary

Salutem Care & Education’s New Ridley service in Northumberland seeks a Registered Manager to lead operations for a 9-bed service supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex care needs. You will oversee staffing, budgeting and regulatory compliance to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

You will join a supportive team, require QCF Level 5 Adult Management Diploma or equivalent, and demonstrate strong leadership, administrative and financial skills.

Qualifications

• QCF Level 5 Adult Management Diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible to complete Level 5 Diploma.
• Experience in social care management and CQC framework.
• Knowledge of Health & Social Services regulations.
• Excellent administrative and financial skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support delivery of person-centred services within your defined area.
• Ensure effective financial administration through staff deployment and budgets.
• Oversee the overall operation of the services and staff allocation.
• Regularly supervise Team Leaders.
• Ensure the provision of effective and efficient support to people using the services.
• Demonstrate strong organisational skills and financial astuteness.
• Motivate and enable staff to achieve good outcomes in partnership with the people we support.
• Proven track record of improving and developing services for people with disabilities.
• Be approachable, reliable and proactive.
