Job summary

Fieldview Care Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Registered Manager for a 15-bed 24-hour residential home in South Shields, Tyne and Wear. You will have overall operational responsibility, supervising deputy managers and team leaders to ensure the delivery of person-centred services.

The role requires a QCF Level 5 Adult Management Diploma or equivalent, strong administrative and financial skills, and knowledge of the CQC framework.

Qualifications

• Excellent administrative skills and the ability to organise and prioritise workload while being financially astute.
• Experience in social care management and knowledge of Health & Social Services regulations (CQC framework).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support delivery of person-centred services within your defined area.
• Ensure effective financial administration through deployment of staff and budgets.
• Oversee the successful operation of the services and the supervision of Team Leaders and Senior Staff.
• Deliver excellent operational services and support to people using the services.
