Job summary

Liaise East Anglia is seeking a proactive Registered Manager to oversee care delivery across our service, supervise staff, and uphold high standards of care. You will liaise with CQC and monitor clinical needs of service users to support a happy, purposeful life.

The role requires a health & social care degree or management qualification, DBS clearance, and solid experience in social services with a working knowledge of CQC regulations. A full UK driving licence is desirable.

Qualifications

• DBS clearance is required.
• Experience with Social Services and Local Authorities.
• Health & social care degree or management qualification is mandatory.
• Solid knowledge of CQC and current legislation.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence (desirable).
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Formulation of support plans.
• Writing residential core assessments and pathway plans.
• Direct work with service users and families to assess risks and viability of community living.
• Overseeing day-to-day running of projects, policies, procedures, finance and administration.
• Managing and working with budgets.
• Maintaining up-to-date records and databases.
