Job summary

Liaise in Romsey is seeking a proactive Registered Manager to lead our care service. You will oversee care delivery, supervise staff, ensure high standards, and liaise with CQC while monitoring clinical needs of service users.

The role requires a health and social care degree or management qualification, DBS check, knowledge of CQC, strong communication, and a valid UK driving licence. You will manage budgets, maintain records, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• DBS check is required and must be clear.
• Experience with Social Services and Local Authorities.
• Health/social care degree or management qualification required.
• Solid knowledge of CQC and current legislation.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence (desirable).
• Min. two years in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Formulation of support plans.
• Writing residential core assessments and pathway plans.
• Direct work with people we support and families to assess risks.
• Day-to-day running of projects, policies, finance and admin.
• Managing and working with set budgets.
• Maintain up-to-date records and databases.
