The Wilf Ward Family Trust is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a residential service, champion exceptional support, and empower people to live extraordinary lives. You will oversee a high-performing team, ensure CQC compliance, and promote person-centred care within a culture of inclusion.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and developing a high-performing team.

• Driving continuous improvement through data, KPIs and effective practice.
• Managing budgets, resources and workforce performance.
• Building strong relationships with families, commissioners and external partners.

A confident and emotionally intelligent leader with experience in social care, strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, and a commitment to supporting people with disabilities and/or complex needs. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent) is desirable.
