Job summary

Linked Recruitment Limited is seeking a confident Registered Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a residential care service and lead a dedicated team to maintain high care standards and regulatory compliance.

You will manage recruitment, budgets and rotas while ensuring safety, wellbeing and engagement across the service, with a focus on continuous improvement in person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a residential care service or similar setting.
