Cera’s Registered Branch Manager role is a permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours per week) in the UK, with a salary of £41,500 per annum. You will lead a branch, drive growth with local authorities, and ensure high-quality, compliant care within a fast-growing technology-enabled provider.
You will develop people and processes to build a high-performing team, while aligning with wider Cera groups and budget constraints.
