Job summary

Cera is seeking a passionate Field Care Supervisor who will be an ambassador and extension of our family, delivering high-quality care in the community across the area. The role involves building and reviewing care plans, assessing clients, and shadowing carers to ensure quality provision.

You will supervise carers, meet new packages, and contribute to compliance, audits, and provider meetings. Expect 75/95% field work and 25/5% office tasks, with ongoing training and development.

Job description

We are looking for a passionate Field Care Supervisor to become an ambassador for Cera and an extension of our family. You'll carry out initial introductions, construct care plans, conduct client assessments, and shadow Care Workers to monitor the provision of care in terms of quality. It will involve 75/95% of time out in the field and 25/5% in the office for administrative tasks.
