Winsford | £54,000 per annum | 39 hours per week
We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead our two specialist services, Chapel House and Crook, in Winsford. Supporting up to 16 people with Acquired Brain Injuries, mental health needs and other complex needs, these services provide high-quality, person-centred care. While this role oversees two services, both are small, close-knit homes with a combined total of only 16 residents. The services are only 8 minute care journey apart, meaning there is minimal travel required and no significant additional time spent moving between locations.
This is more than managing two services.
It's an opportunity to:
Lead and inspire dedicated teams
Champion high-quality, person-centred care
Develop and support your team
Shape the future of two specialist services
Make a genuine difference to the lives of the people we support
You'll take the lead on the day-to-day running of both services, maintaining excellent clinical standards, CQC compliance and a positive, person-centred culture. You'll also have the support of a Deputy Manager and an experienced wider team.
You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of both services, ensuring excellent clinical standards, full CQC compliance, and a positive, person-centred culture throughout.
