Job summary

Brook Street in Haverfordwest is recruiting a Registered Manager for an adult residential service. Lead a dedicated team to provide high-quality, person-centred care for individuals with complex needs, across governance, compliance and outcomes.

You will oversee care planning, service quality, safeguarding and collaboration with professionals to deliver outstanding support and enable independence and dignity for residents.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within a residential care setting.
• Strong understanding of learning disabilities, mental health, and complex care.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and delivering high-quality care.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Good knowledge of CIW regulations, legislation, and best practice.
• A passion for empowering people to live lifestyles of their choosing.
• Level 4 or Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification, or willingness to work towards one.
• Relevant safeguarding and mandatory training certifications.

Total Package: Up to £58,080 including annual bonus

• Level 4 or Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification, or willingness to work towards one

Experience:

• Experience managing residential services and care teams
• Track record of maintaining compliance and driving service quality
• Experience supporting adults with complex needs, learning disabilities, mental health needs, or acquired brain injuries
• Experience leading, developing, and motivating staff teams
